FaraERP
ST-01The lineVersion 3 — now with HR and payroll

An organisation that runs like a well-tuned plant — every part in its place, and a heart that beats at the right rhythm.

FaraERP is the central control system of your organisation: finance, inventory, production, HR, office automation and clinics on one database, under one heart. Every department runs its own station — and instead of running between them, you see the whole line from one place.

ST-02The stations

Every department, a station on the same line

Fara’s modules are not installed separately and “integrated” later — they have stood on one production line from day one, fed by one conveyor. Hover over a station to see what passes through it.

ST-02bModule list

Everything the organisation needs, in its own place

ST-03The plant core

The Fara core: a heart that sees every station at once

However good the stations are, without a heart they only work in isolation. Fara’s supervisory core brings the data of every module onto one board: it watches, warns in time, sets who may do what, and keeps a trace of every change — at a rhythm that never wavers.

  1. 01

One board for the whole line

Finance, stock, production and people in one view — from the very data the daily work runs on, not from yesterday’s report.

  2. 02

An alarm before the line stops

A temperature out of range, a stock shortfall or a request stuck in an inbox shows on the board before it becomes a stoppage.

  3. 03

Each person, only their own panel

Each user sees only the part of the line their role allows, and nobody can grant access above their own level.

  4. 04

    Every change leaves a trace

Documents are never deleted, only voided — it is always clear who changed what, and when.

  5. 05

    One database, no syncing

All modules share one database; the number the warehouse sees is the number accounting sees. There is no nightly sync to fall behind.

  6. 06

    Daily monitoring & backups

Service availability and backups are checked every day — not only when something has gone wrong. Like scheduled machine maintenance, before the breakdown.

ST-04Technical drawing

Engineered like a technical drawing — every dimension specified

Reliability lives in the details. These are not marketing claims; they are specifications you can see in a demo and write into a contract.

  1. Architecture

    Layered, API-first architecture

The web panel, the Windows terminal and the mobile app all read from one API; business logic is written once, not three times.

  2. Data

    A separate database per organisation

Your data never shares a table with another customer; a faulty query cannot reveal another organisation’s data.

  3. Encryption

    Encrypted in transit

Every domain is served over HTTPS only, and certificates renew themselves.

  4. Speed

    High-performance infrastructure

Servers run on NVMe disks with dedicated resources, so heavy reports keep nobody waiting.

  5. Uptime

    Round-the-clock monitoring

Service health and backups are watched continuously, and restoring a backup is tested too.

  6. Platforms

    Web, desktop, mobile

Each view is built for where the work happens: managers in the browser, weighbridge operators on Windows, drivers on their phones.

  7. Languages

    Multilingual, both directions

Persian, English, German and Dutch — with right-to-left and the Persian calendar where they belong.

  8. Deployment

    Our servers or yours

The very same version can be installed entirely inside your own network, for organisations whose data must not leave the building.

We go through infrastructure and deployment details face to face in the demo, for your own organisation.

Frequently asked

What people ask us most

By the modules you actually need and the number of concurrent users. A module you have not bought is not switched on at all on your server, so you do not pay for what you do not use. The exact figure follows the discovery call.

Yes. Chart of accounts, parties, items, warehouses and opening balances are migrated. We have a ready converter for one common local system and import templates for spreadsheets. How much legacy data you have decides whether this takes one week or three.

Yes, and it is exactly the same build that runs on our infrastructure — not a separate branch that falls behind on updates. Backups and updates are then either your team's job or ours remotely, whichever the contract says.

We build it. The point is that your custom report sits on the standard build, so the next update does not wipe it and you do not drift off the product path.

Yes, one installer for everyone. On first launch you enter your organisation's site address, and the app shows exactly the modules your organisation has bought and the user is allowed to open. Buying a new module needs no new app version.

The support team is the team that builds the product; your request does not pass through three layers of intermediaries. Channels and response times are set in the contract, and there is a separate escalation path for work-stopping failures.

The interface, the printed output and the website content all exist in each language, the page direction follows the language, and the calendar matches it — Jalali for Persian, Gregorian for English, German and Dutch. Another language can be added.

For a small business with two or three modules, usually one to two weeks. For an organisation with production, several warehouses and years of legacy data, one to three months. We give a firmer number once we have seen your current data.

ST-05End of shift

When every part works in its place, the manager can rest.

In a dedicated demo we set up a real day of your plant in Fara — with your own data and vocabulary, not a canned show. See how the line runs with Fara, then decide.

The demo is free and comes with no obligation.
